Kaity started modelling in 2014, after she won Miss Photogenic in the Miss Plus Canada beauty pageant. She started working with local boutiques Your Big Sister's Closet and Sexy Plus, and quickly realized that modelling was her passion.

In 2014 she started her Instagram page, @kmw_plus, and has since grown her following to over 63,000. She does influencing on the side, having worked with brands such as Dove, Reitman’s, Joe Fresh, Daniel Wellington, Lesley Hampton, Unique Vintage, Sunset Grill, Go Hide Seek, American Apparel, We.Over.Me, Fashion Nova, and POP Fit.

In 2015 she became the Face of Canada for the PanAm Games. She walked for Full Figured Fashion Week in New York City in 2015 and 2017, in Montreal Plus Fashion Week in 2016, the Malia Indigo Show in 2017 and 2018, for Lesley Hampton in 2019, and in various other shows in Toronto and the GTA.

She has also modelled on television, appearing on Cityline in January 2020 and November 2018, on Breakfast Television in June 2019, and on The Marilyn Dennis Show in September 2016.

Kaity has been published in DARE Magazine, Huffington Post Quebec, Urbanology Magazine, and FabUPlus Magazine.

As a petite, plus size model, Kaity believes that every person has their own innate beauty. She looks forward to pushing industry standards to their limits and proving to others that there’s no ‘right’ way to be a model.
